This business specialise in supplying mechanical and electrical drive equipment into a number of different industries such as Marine, Water, Waste Water, Wind Power and more!This company have an exceptional culture, offer great benefits and a very well established customer base.I am currently leading the search for an experienced Business Development Manager to cover the Yorkshire area. The ideal candidate will have strong business development experience selling rotary equipment (Gearboxes, Conveyors, Pumps, Motors).Package Details: - £40,000-£50,000 (Dependent on experience)- Company car / car allowance- Bonus- 25 days holiday + Bank holidays- Health care- Hybrid working- Established area of accounts.- 8:30-4:30 Monday- FridayRole Details:- Working 2 days from home, and 3 out in the field.- Managing existing accounts, successfully developing the relationships and growing existing business.- Work though prospect list of accounts (Not primary supplier) to convert.- Prospect brand new business in your territory.- Attend trade shows to effectively network.- Visit the office to attend team meetings and training on new products.- Utilise the CRM system.Required Skills & Experience - Knowledge of the engineering sector in sales of rotary equipment within power generation is essential.- Strong business development experience in face to face sales is essential.- Ability to work to KPIs and targets.- Driving License is essential- Comfortable with travel across the UK.- Comfortable with occasional travel overseas.- Strong team player.- Be able to communicate effectively.- Self- motivated.To Contact Direct:Mary KennedySenior Recruitment consultantAt Aspion, our core values have been built around the importance of transparency, innovation, passion and collaboration.
