Job Description

So, we have a very exciting role with one of our favourite clients who are really going places!The company is looking for a BDM to increase sales through building a portfolio of new and existing business, following a successful 2023. This newly created role will be starting in March.You will be joining a fantastic team of 15 and the ability to manage your own diary with a great salary and uncapped commission. You will be joining a warm area with 100 live clients who you will account manage as well as acquiring new business.This role is not all about the hard sell its growing relationships and building a solid portfolio of connections.If you are proactive with drive and vision plus a keen eye for detail, please check out the description below.The Role:

  • You will be contacting clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means.
  • Deliver excellent sales techniques to potential clients, either by phone, email or in person to secure a sale.
  • Can you build excellent relationships with all clients.
  • Comfortable with selling the benefits of specific media offerings.
  • Delivers the full sales cycle.
  • Travels to see clients, attend trade shows, or participate in industry events.

  • Salary - £25,000 - £30000 basic annual salary plus uncapped commission.

  • 26 days holiday (three of which are fixed for when business is closed over Christmas)
