Job Description

Success Recruit are currently working with a premium business in the travel & hospitality sector, with offices based in Thurrock. They are currently seeking a Digital Performance Manager to join their growing, passionate team.The successful candidate will work within the heart of the Commercial Team; The focus being to drive the digital agenda for the business in this newly created position.The successful Digital Performance Manager expectations:

  • Have proven experience in executing a paid digital strategy across Google, Bing, and Meta

  • Have a detailed understanding of new & existing digital models, platforms, and technologies

Job SpecificationPurpose of the role:The Digital Performance Manager will be responsible for building and leading the successful execution of a paid digital and SEO strategy for online sales, optimising channels, and increasing revenue. This is a highly collaborative position that will regularlyinvolve cohesive working & communication between several internal teams.The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker, comfortable working in a hands-on environment and managing/prioritising workloads effectively.Duties to include but not limited to…
  • Building and executing the Paid digital and SEO strategy (Google, Bing, and Meta) of the business.
  • Delivering the agenda for an impactful online presence, with a focus on channel management, sales drive, efficient use of systems, and implementing a best practice approach to online performance.
  • Managing the digital agencies day-to-day in conjunction with the CMO, particularly SEO, PPC, Display, PMAX, Paid Social, SMS & WhatsApp marketing and affiliate channels.
  • Producing content for PPC and Paid Social (briefs, proof reading, copywriting, and sourcing images) and ensuring this is kept up to date.
  • Supporting with sourcing content for native articles, partner websites, and organic search optimisation.
  • Working with digital agencies to optimise on best performing ad copy and creatives.
  • Setting digital KPIs and reporting
  • Building strong relationships at a cross-departmental level internally and across multiple levels of the industry / nurturing key partnerships.
  • Working in conjunction with the marketing team to plan and implement sales campaigns. Also working closely with the Product and Trading teams to agree a sales approach which is fit for purpose.
  • Conducting market research to analyse industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Working collaboratively with the Marketing team to enhance the online customer journey through effective user experience, website navigation, landing pages and design of the website, as well as driving the agenda for functionality which optimises the tradingperformance of the business.
  • Working closely with the Agency SEO Team to identify opportunities and support areas that are not as high performing.
  • Weekly reporting to demonstrate the success of digital marketing activity and competitor analysis.
  • Taking ownership of online budgets
