Marketing Lead, Marketer, Retail, Taunton, SomersetThis is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse, family owned retail business in a newly created role for this thriving company.This is a permanent, full time position, working on location, across the week (including weekends)In order to be considered, you will:

• Have previous experience working in a marketing department for at least 3 years
• Ideally have a Marketing or Digital Marketing Degree or similar qualification in Marketing
• A proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies
• Hands on experience with marketing software and tools including graphic design experience with Abode Creative Suite, Microsoft Publisher etc
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• You must have strong copy-writing skills, have a keen eye for detail and understand the concepts of marketing
• You would ideally have experience managing social media accounts
• Previously worked within an organisation where you have worked with people at all levels
• Passionate driven individual, with strong customer service credentials
• Have the ability to identify and implement creative and visual ideas for merchandising
• A natural team player and good communicator with a positive outlook
