Operations Director.Warehousing & Logistics.West Midlands.Circa £90,000.This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding privately owned company with a strong reputation in the technology sector it supplies.The company provides a one-stop-shop to its customers - sourcing, logistics, warehousing and kitting - from its recently expanded West Midlands facility. Currently with a turnover of £10m+ and 50 staff, there are sales/market plans in place for further rapidgrowth.The Managing Director is leading the sales, marketing and customer relationships side of the business and is looking to put in place an Operations Director to lead, manage and develop the warehousing and customer service operation.You must have an impressive track record of leading warehouse operations in a growing business where customer requirements are changeable and demanding. You will have expertise in best practice warehouse processes and good knowledge of industry IT systems.People management and development must be a core strength and you will possess the ability to foster an engaged and motivated workforce with a clear customer focus.
