Job Description

An exciting Interim FP&A Lead role is looking to be filled by a multi-site, retail organisation. The company is globally recognised and has a large following.The role reports into the Finance Director and will lead in the budgeting and the five year forecasting for the organisation.This role operates on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days in the West Midlands office.The role;

  • Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders from across the business to obtain insight on results
  • Oversight of the Weekly P&L and month end close processes
  • Lead and own the monthly Board pack ensuring the integrity of data and providing insightful analysis and commentary to support business decisions
  • Overseeing the analysis of external data for benchmarking and competitor analysis
  • Month end close co-ordination, consolidation, tracking and playback to FD and CFO
  • Leading the budget and forecasting process including co-ordinating with key stakeholders to deliver quality information on time
  • Own the 5 year Financial plan process, working closely with the Finance Director, Financial Controller and Commercial Finance Team to produce this in line with the organisations strategy
Experience:
  • ACA/ACCA Qualified with 5 years+ PQE experience in the retail industry
  • Experience of budgeting and forecasting
  • Previous experience working within an FP&A lead role
  • Experience of leading and managing relationships with other finance departments and stakeholders
