Development Director with extensive experience leading open-source (ideally functional) development teams and a real thought leader in modern development practices is sought on a hybrid basis by a market leading tech company based in the Midlands. With a rich pedigree of delivering end to end digital solutions for an international client base this Development Director will help shape the future roadmap of the companys multi award winning platform whilst helping lead a multi-disciplinary team of 50 engineersin producing highly scalable robust products. Working closely with the founders this Development Director will take responsibility for engineering performance and process improvements challenging the current status quo to ensure the companys platform remain market leading.
