Senior Information Security AnalystContract: Permanent, full time, 35 hours per weekLocation: Kings Hill–based (Kent) with hybrid working (average of two days per week in the Kent office)Salary: Up to GBP60,000 per annum We are looking for a Senior InformationSecurity Analyst to join the Information Security team to support us with operating and assuring the effectiveness of our security controls; supporting security governance and assurance activities; and providing security input and support to IT change initiatives.Whatyoull doEvery one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Senior Information Security Analyst you too will play an integral part in what we do.You will provide the technical security expertise to assist the Information Security Manager in assuring thatinformation security is implemented and operated in an appropriate manner as we transition to the cloud. You will have a good working knowledge of Azure security technologies and hands–on experience with operating them.As our Senior Information Security Analystyou will: Provide security and risk assessment consultancy on projects and other formal workgroups and committees, making appropriate recommendations for risk mitigation to ensure that IT Security is considered in the design of new services or changes to existingservices Provide security expertise in the areas of cloud security on Azure and Microsoft 365, including both security and compliance controls and general input to the security architecture across the cloud estate Perform security risk assessments, followedby initiating and managing appropriate remedial action, to ensure that IT infrastructure and application systems are adequately protected Escalate unresolved security exposures, misuse of resources, or non–compliance situations to management Ensure that ChangeManagement processes include a security review to ensure the integrity of the security is maintained Support the information security team in day to day activities including security monitoring, incident management activities, and a 24x7 support rotaWho youllbeThis role is for you if you have experience of working in Information Security or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society.
