Job Description

Contracts Manager, CivilsKent£55,000 - £65000 + packageOur clientare an established Civils and Reinstatement Contractor. Due to successful continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager.What will you be doingReporting to the Contract Director, you will be responsible for overseeing high volume projects, involving civils repairs:

  • managing a team of Supervisors, direct staff and subcontractors, ensuring all works are completed within Health, Safety, Quality and Street Works guidelines
  • Managing KPI’s and the productivity of staff
  • Ensuring that works are delivered within agreed timeframes and budgets
  • Holding regular review meetings with subcontractors ensuring that they are completing allocated work accordingly
  • establishing yourself as a key contact for their client, including conducting regular progress meetings
What youll need:
  • Contracts Management experience of high volume civils projects involving civils and reinstatement
  • Methodical operational experience with good management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the team and our client
