Job Description

A great business to work for seeking a business analyst.Client DetailsMy client is a great business to work for seeking to add a Business Analyst to their team on an 18 Month FTC.Description

  • Ensure the Finance business requirements are delivered in line with scope, and they meet the functional needs for accounting and reporting responsibilities of the Bank, working with the BAU Finance Team for SME knowledge
  • Draft the required end-to-end procedural documentation for the Finance Team, to the CAF Bank standard
  • Manage and report on the Finance project plan with regular status updates, in alignment to the overarching programme plan
  • Support the training plan, including materials drafting to the CAF Bank standard
  • Support the testing plan, including the consolidation of results during specific testing periods e.g. UAT
  • Take ownership on elements of the Finance plan or requirements, where allocated
Profile
  • Previous change and transformation experience, ideally operational readiness activities
  • Understanding of a Finance departments role and responsibilities (ideally within a bank / financial services sector) including basic accounting terminology and structures
  • Ability and experience in documenting procedures, including process maps and written procedural / guidance materials
  • Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to demonstrate ownership of elements of responsibility designated to you
  • Ability to plan and manage different elements of the Finance Operational Readiness plan
  • Sound experience with basic applications and tools including excel, visio, project, powerpoint
