The Sous Chef will work under a supportive and very hands on Head Chef and cater for the staff restaurant and also fine dining and hospitality. This is a Monday to Friday working 40 hours and the salary offered is £38,000, you will cover breakfast and a busy lunch service. With 500 on site you will produce around 200 lunches. Good organisation is required as well as the strength to step up and coverthe Head Chef when they are off.Working closely with the Head Chef you may be required to work some evenings for Fine Dining Dinners or events so experience in cooking to a Rosette or Michelin level is preferred or previous experience in a Fine Dining kitchen.If you are an enthusiastic Sous Chef with volume experience then Please send me your CV if this sounds like you and you want to know more!
