Job Description

Our global client is looking for a Commercial Lawyer / Senior Legal Counsel to join their busy in-house legal department. They are looking for acommercial lawyer withstrong experience of large complex commercial contract drafting and negotiation. Youwill get full support to develop your technical & commercial skills, while having opportunities to progress within the team.Remote Working Opportunity - The head office is based in London and they would consider candidates who can come into the office two to three days a week. If candidates wanted to work in the office more that too is possible.The ideal candidate for this position will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor with strong experience of large complex commercial contract drafting and negotiation - ideally SaaS contracts
  • Be between 4 - 8 years PQE
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commercial / business outlook to their work
  • Join a highly regarded and successful in-house legal team dealing with interesting, multi-jurisdictional work
