Job Description

Section Manager: Motor VehicleAre you a motor vehicle lecturer interested in making a step up into a leadership role or an already experienced leader looking for a new roleDovetail & Slate recruitment have a full-time permanent opportunity that can provide progression and development opportunities, alongside offering fantastic salary & benefit packages!We are currently representing a well-established Further Education College based in Middlesex. Looking to build on their department with a specialist individual to work as a Section Manager: Motor Vehicle.Main Function:

  • To organise recruitment activities and ensure the appropriate guidance and initial assessment of students.
  • To liaise with internal and external teams/organisations/parties, as directed by the Head of School, to ensure the effective and efficient recruitment and guidance of students.
  • To teach on a range of courses across the Motor Vehicle portfolio of qualifications for approximately 16 hours per week (teaching hours are calculated on an annualised basis).
  • To implement the Colleges Quality Policy and ensure the implementation of the Colleges target setting procedures, including the use of value added measures.
