The Company currently is looking for skilled personnel who can be employed full-timein specific position for a Retail Manager for a busy retail and post office business.Job Description We are looking for a Retail Manager who will:Be responsible for managing and overseeing the business operations, which includes the development and efficient functioning of the business.Manage and oversee all staffs of the business, this includes staff recruitment, staff retention, the administration of relevant training and the assignment of responsibilities to staffs to achieve the business sales quota.Control and manage the inventory to ensure sufficient stocks for the business and be responsible for interacting with the customers daily needs in the business, which includes the post office and the retail store, responding to their inquiriesand assisting them to the appropriate services Register to meet their needs.Be responsible for interacting with distributors and working towards improving customer’s service experience in the business. you must be a prudent individual who takes pride in their work and possess an excellent organisational, problem solving and timemanagement skills.The successful candidate should have the required experience of overseeing a busy retail and post office business, the required duties for this role will include daily interaction with customers, and overseeing staff’s response to customer’s needs while aiming to resolve any problems that might arise with distributors. Furthermore,they should possess excellent communication skills, technical abilities and people skills while demonstrating a positive attitude that is willing to always serve prospective customers. The ideal candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience workingas a retail Manager. This should demonstrate a proven track record of maintaining an admirable level of customers satisfaction in a fast- paced industry and must be eligible to work in the UK.
