Job Description

Their diverse portfolio spans studio flats to four-bedroom homes, serving Local Authorities, private and corporate landlords, agents, andtenants. Operating within the M25, we have become an industry leader.Job OverviewAs a Field Property Manager, youll be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless functioning of property management operations. Your role is pivotal, requiring not only a keen eye for detail but also a compassionate and empathetic approach. At times, youllencounter challenging situations, such as liaising with tenants facing mental health issues. Your willingness to lend a helping hand and provide support will be instrumental in fostering positive outcomes and maintaining harmony within the community.Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and conduct check-outs and inspections.
  • Organise and attend landlord, tenant, council contractor visits.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team member, minimizing void periods.
  • Provide comprehensive check-out reports.
  • Report to the council and back office team on disrepairs, challenging occupants, property damages, Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases.
  • Deliver important notices to tenants through hand-delivery.
Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 1 years property management experience.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license, own a car, and be willing to spend a lot of time out on the road visiting properties within the M25.
