Job Description

The role will involve:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties
  • Coordinating communication between tenants, landlords, and contractors for property repairs and maintenance.
  • Scheduling and conducting property inspections and viewings.
  • Negotiating rent terms and facilitating smooth interactions between tenants and landlords.
  • Provide support in lease administration, which involves drafting, reviewing, and managing lease agreements.
  • Manage tenant relations, including addressing concerns and resolving issues
  • Collaborating closely with team members, sharing information to generate additional business.
  • Being an integral part of a motivated and goal-oriented team.
  • Working from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, and overseeing the lettings process with support from Office Administrators.
  • Managing check-ins, check-outs, inspections, and the deposit return process.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Engaging in prospecting activities to attract new business opportunities.
  • Handling incoming calls through the general enquiries phone line.
  • Taking prompt action and responding to emails received in the designated mailboxes.
  • Resolving any maintenance reports promptly and coordinating with contractors as needed.
  • All Gas Safety, EICR and EPC checks
  • Generating Lettings consultations by leveraging both new and existing customer leads.
  • Maintaining regular contact with existing landlords, providing updates on legislation and market conditions, and ensuring our services meet their expectations.
  • Guarantee adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications and SkillsThe PersonTo be considered for this role, you should possess prior property management experience within the Estate Agency industry. Your professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for property, along with some familiarity with the local area, are essential.In addition, the following qualities are required:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Confidence to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet targets.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
