We invest in your growth and development.Your Role:As a Mac Engineer, you will:

  • Provide excellent technical support for Mac OS, Windows OS, and the Microsoft stack.
  • Delight our clients with exceptional customer service, whether remotely or through on-site visits.
  • Contribute to system performance by proactively monitoring and maintaining optimal functionality.
  • Showcase your expertise in project planning and implementation, leaving a lasting impact on our initiatives.
  • Utilize your scripting prowess (Bash is a bonus!) to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with vendors and clients, fostering strong relationships within our professional network.
Technical Skills Were Looking For:
  • Strong Mac OS experience, backed by a passion for all things Apple.
  • Proficiency in JAMF / JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager, and Azure AD / OKTA.
  • Scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell, elevating your automation game.
  • Basic knowledge of firewalls and familiarity with M365.
  • Proven experience in 2nd / 3rd line support, showcasing your technical prowess.
