Job Title: Lettings Viewing OfficerContract: 6 months tempLocation: West LondonHours: 35Driver Required: YESDBS: EnhancedPurpose:Im recruiting for a Housing Association in West London, who are looking for someone to let void properties within target and thereby maximize the rental income / minimize void loss.Key responsibilities/ deliverablesAllocate and offer homes in accordance with policies, procedures, and nomination agreements.Organise and attend viewings for all prospective tenants.Complete admin relating to the relet procedure in accordance with policies and procedures.Maintain accurate records and database information for all aspects of the void process.Establish and develop effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders of A2Dominion.Assist other Lettings Teams, to cover re-let patches whilst other Lettings Consultants are on leave and other roles as required.Responsible for resolving customer queries promptly, including liaison with the A2Dominion Operational Teams, residents, Local Authorities, and void contractors as required.Knowledge, skills and competencies Essential DesirableQualifications/trainingEducated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C) AKnowledge and skillsExperience of working in a customer focused environment A/IExperience working with allocations and lettings service A/IKnowledge of Government legislation of homelessness and lettings. A/IKnowledge of Choice Based Lettings A/IKnowledge of the technical aspects of void maintenance.
