We are an established family run company.We are looking for an individual who can assist us in building up our Damp works departmentto cover waterproofing, timber decay and repair, condensation and mould control issues.Areas covered: West London (Paddington and surrounding areas)We are looking for 1 x Qualified Timber and Damp Surveyor to join our team.Your main duties will include (but not be limited to):Attend various locations to carry out damp/timber surveysPrepare report for clients outlining specifications and quotationsSite visits to oversee works in progressPre-made appointmentsContinuous workSupervise the teamsPrepare Method Statements and Risk Assessment with associated worksCandidate requirements:QualifiedGood eye for detailPro-activeGood time-keepingTeam player / Use of own initiativeMonday to FridayOwn transport, fuel will be paidStarting salary to be negotiated dependant on experienceJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, Part-timeSalary: to be negotiatedSchedule:Monday to FridayNo weekendsFlexible working hoursLicence/Certification:Driving Licence (required)Work authorisation:United Kingdom (required)Work Location: On the roadDue to a high number of applications we will not be able to reply to all applicants.
