Job Description

The role:You, the Customer Success Manager will own a book of c.35 high value, end to end clients ensuring they see absolute value from the platform.You’ll support recognised brands who utilise multiple modules available on this complex platform and will be focused on client objectives and outcomes. "Drive ultimate satisfaction, usage optimisation and retention!"Daily you will:
  • Be a client champion for a book of c.35 accounts spending anything from £50k - £300k per year.
  • Work closely with Director and above level senior decision makers in the HR function.
  • Be the voice of the customer and liaison between clients and the rest of the team.
  • Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the platform and its capabilities.
  • Be commercially aware. Identify areas of growth within your accounts and work with the commercial team to secure growth revenue.
About you:You will be a high-energy, experienced Customer Success Manager who is as adept at driving client relationships as you are at identifying upsell and cross sell opportunity.To be considered, you will have:
  • Prior experience in a customer success or strategic account ownership role with large clients.
  • Prior experience working for complex SaaS solution, ideally one that services the retail, hospitality or travel/leisure space.
  • Experience working with senior decision makers within the HR function.
  • Commercially capable, but with a customer-centric mentality.
  • High energy and enthusiastic. Someone with gravitas that can really connect with an audience.
  • Keen to develop, grow and always strive to improve.
Desirable:
  • Prior experience working directly within the hospitality or retail space.
  • Prior experience within a commercially focussed role such as a BDM or Account Manager.
Package:
  • Basic salary up to £48,000.
  • Yearly bonus and uncapped commission.
  • Hybrid - London.

  • Option to work from anywhere in the world, fully remote one month a year.
