Established in 1970, the buildingsare open to the public six days a week and our client is now looking to welcome two Building Managers to their Team; one for each site. One will be required to have an excellent IT background, enabling them to maintain and optimise site servers while managingcontinued relations with IT service suppliers. The other Building Manager will be required to have proven experience and an interest in sustainability practices, having the ability to implement and develop environmental policies and practices in line withcurrent legislation, liaising with the Environment Agency. The ideal Building Manager, for both roles, will have demonstrable experience of working in a similar environment in a public event space, and will have proven experience in managing building projectssuccessfully.Responsibilities:
