Are you a immediately available accountant with experience working in a financial services businessWe are partnered with a growing FX trading business based in West London looking to bring on two interim professional for a 6 month contract. The role will support the business whilst they go through a transformation and will operate as an Assistant FinancialAccountant/Finance Analyst.The position based in West London will operate on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office) 9am - 6pm and will be paid on a day rate. Main responsibilities will include but are not limited too: * Month end tasks: Bank reconciliations, clients liability reconciliations, funding reconciliation, intercompany recharges, accruals and prepayments* Responsible for trade receivables ledger for all the entities with documentation.* Balance sheet accounts prepared and are fully reconciled at month end.* Actual operating expenses vs budget/reforecast.* Staff expenses and corporate credit card claims using Concur Expense Management system* Assist in preparation of daily profit & loss reports for SMT* ad hoc month end bank journals into the finance system (SUN/Vision)* Provide support in setting up operational expense budgets for certain Group entities* Support the team during the annual financial audit.* Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required in Reporting, budget & forecasting.To be considered for the role you will be/have: * Part-Qualified to Finalist or Qualified (QBE profiles will be considered)* Experience working in banking or financial services (FCA regulated) - Desirable* Working knowledge of Sun Accounting systemThe opportunity will be a 6 month interim roleLocation: West LondonDay Rate: £250-300 (inside/umbrella)
