Job Description

Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this luxury multi-brand retail business that prides itself with working with some of the largest, global branded & own label Home, Beauty, Outdoor & Fashion brands.In this Allocator role you will monitor the stock from an allocation and forecasting perspective. This role will be partnering with some of the most exciting, worlds renowned beauty brands!Key Responsibilities of this Allocator-Beauty position -

  • Manage and/or use weekly reporting on brand performance
  • Assistant with forecasting for new launch with the Assistant Merchandiser
  • Helping with any re-forecasting WSSI figures
  • Assisting with putting together Trade Packs for trade meeting
  • Admin support regarding the PO number etc
  • Liaison with stores regarding hitting current stock & availability target
  • Utilising Excel and have experience using Pivot tables
  • Work collaboratively with the wider business, including Marketing, Social, eComm, Logistics, Accounts and Analytics team.
  • Work with the Assistant Merchandiser to assist with OTB budgets.
  • Overseeing old and terminal stock
Requirements for this Allocator - Beauty position -
  • Graduate or Graduate calibre 6 months + of experience within a Merchandising or Allocation role .
  • Ideally you would have branded fashion or beauty experience but this is not essential
  • Strong Excel skills
  • You must have full Right to Work in the UK indefintely
  • Keen to develop their Merchandising career
  • Structured approach to work, with the ability to confidentially plan and prioritise your workload
  • Confident in navigating data to interpret and analyse different reports
