Job Description

Acoustic ConsultantLondon Up to £40,000 + Excellent Benefits + Great Training + ProgressionThis is an excellent opportunity for an Acoustic Consultant to join a forward-thinking company offering great training and progression opportunities where you will play a key role delivering a variety of projects within the Acoustic Consultancy industry.On offer is the chance to take the next step in your career, playing a key role in, interesting projects with lots of scope to develop technically within Acoustic Consultancy.This company are a forward-thinking Acoustic Consultancy that offer a full spectrum of consultancy services, including noise and vibration impact assessments, acoustic design, building services assessments, reverberation time investigations, vibration impactassessments, noise and vibration surveys, and architectural acoustic design. Theyre now looking to expand on their growing team to facilitate the uptake of more projects and increase their already-excellent reputation.If London based, you will be expected to work from the Hammersmith office and work on sites locally. Within this role you will be providing a full spectrum of Acoustic consultancy services, further outlined below.The ideal candidate will have experience in an Assistant Acoustic Consultant or similar position, have a bachelors degree in an Acoustic-related discipline (or IoA Diploma), and have a broad spectrum of assistance within the industry. .The Role:

  • Acoustics site surveys, i.e., noise and vibration surveys.
  • Creating assessments and subsequent technical reports.
  • Acoustic calculations; sound insulation testing on site.
  • Design: acoustic architectural design and attending design meetings.
  • 2-3 site visits per week.
The Person:
  • Experience within in a similar position for an Acoustic Consultancy.
  • Open for continuous improvement.
  • Based in London and happy to work from the Hammersmith office where required.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal staff members and clients.
