Title: Small Works Roofing Manager
Location: Wirral based office, but with travel across the UK
Salary: £45K (possibly negotiable), margin based bonus plus company car
Benefits: 20 days holiday plus BH, pension, bonuses, flexibility in work schedule (you manage your own time!).

Responsibilities

Overseeing and managing 6 teams ensuring all health and safety is being adhered to at all times.
Accurate recording of on-site roofing measurements and calculations.
Coordinate and oversee small works projects from start to finish, making sure teams have necessary equipment.
Maintain company standards by completing quality checks throughout the project and sign off.
Liaising with clients and colleagues
Writing reports

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in roofing
Team management
Project management
Good knowledge of health and safety legislation
Drivers licence essential
