Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a well established Surrey based Estate Agents within their Mortgage Services division. The role will be both branch based (covering several local offices) and home based (when possible).To be considered for this role candidates must hold a Full CeMAP or CF6 qualification, and have a minimum of 1 years’ experience and proven track record in a mortgage advisory environment. The ideal candidate will be results orientated with a professional and confident approach. Please note, you must have a full driving licence and own transport, as travel between offices and head office will be required.The successful candidate will benefit from full administrative support, a steady supply of leads, and ongoing support from senior management.A basic salary up to £30,000 will be offered, depending on experience, plus a monthly car allowance and an OTE up to £70,000.Working Hours - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm.If you think this could be the ideal next opportunity for you; please apply today.*MorganStar Recruitment are acting as an employment agency with regards to this position.
