Job Description

Quality Administration AssistantWe’re looking for a strong administrator with natural coordination skill and exceptional attention to detail, to join a close-knit and family-friendly team in West Byfleet. As a Quality Administration Assistant, youll play a crucial role in supporting ourQuality Manager and the Quality team.What Youll Do:

  • Quality Record Maintenance: Keep meticulous records of quality action plans, external quality assurance records, interventions, and formal appeals/complaints.
  • Documentation and Coordination: Produce relevant documentation, schedule meetings/events, and handle venue and speaker bookings for training sessions.
  • Reports and Data: Assist in preparing and scheduling reports, ensuring accurate data collection for quality assurance.
  • Resource Management: Maintain an up-to-date list of approved/freelance External Quality Assurers, subject specialists, examiners, etc.
  • Candidate Support: Carry out administration, including record maintenance for training candidates.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with external quality assurers and other quality partners, working closely with the quality coordinator.

  • Office Experience: Previous experience in an office environment is essential.

  • Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and a good understanding of procedures.
