SCHOOL ADMINSTRATORReed Education are working with a primary school based in West Bromwich to help recruit a full time, long term school office administrator for an immediate start.The school are looking for an experienced administrator to start within their provision for long term role. It is initially temporary until Christmas, but could continue for the right individual. There is a permanent vacancy available within the school,so for the right individual this position could turn permanent.**Administration Assistant/Receptionist**Full time, Monday to Friday**Immediate, Long term cover (on an ongoing basis)**West BromwichThis primary school are looking for an experienced administrator to start within their provision for a long- term position. The role is to start after October half term to then continue through to the Christmas break. There is a permanent vacancy availablewithin the school and so for the right individual this position could turn permanent.As part of the role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and timely administration support to staff, students, and parents alongside any external stakeholders. You will be offering clerical support to this primary school becoming the first pointof contact for any queries which may come in.As the first point of contact for the school, you will be presentable, professional and efficient in your admin tasks, with the ability to prioritise activities and effectively manage your time.Responsibilities include but not restricted to; Answering Phone calls (Staff/Parents) Responsible for Attendance (SIMS Software) Administration and Filing General Office tidying duties (Shredding, Recycling etc..)To be successful you will need to demonstrate a high level of organisation, time management with a good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
