Job Description

PAYROLL CLERK - WEST BROMWICH - PART TIME 3 DAYS A WEEK - PERM

  • Process weekly payroll for 50 employees - Calculating and inputting data onto Sage Payroll System
  • Calculation of piecework employees produced on EFACS (excel based system)
  • Run payroll from start to finish
  • Prepare and distribute weekly/ monthly reports to management
  • Maintain employee personnel files and timekeeping records
  • Answer employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
  • Input purchase invoices, prepare payments list, clear invoices on purchase ledger
  • Adhoc administration duties if required
Position will be for 3 days a week Monday - Wednesday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm with half an hour lunch break.Annual salary offered 20 - 22K pro rata.
