Electrical Supervisor£30,000 - £32,000 + Pension + Life Assurance + Holiday Scheme + 38 hour working week + Paid Sick SchemeCommutable from: Birmingham, Dudley, Smethwick, WalsallAre you an Electrical Supervisor looking to head up a small maintenance team at a market leading company where you will be playing a pivotal role in the success of the business, with great future progression opportunitiesThis is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career within a company growing from strength to strength, while leading a team of highly skilled Electrical Engineering within a lower tier COMAH facility.This is an chance to manage a team of highly skilled engineers for a company that has excelled in their field for over 40 years who look after their employees with an excellent benefits package including a fantastic health scheme.The position would suit someone with supervisory experience looking to work for an engineering company that are nationally recognised due to their brilliant service to some of the most notable corporations.The Role:-To be the first line of supervision of a small electrical maintenance team involving preventative and reactive maintenance work-Must have a good understanding of ATEX requirements including hazardous area classification.-The ability to support and train staff when/where required whilst overseeing the workshopThe Person:-You will need to have a recognised Electrical apprenticeship alongside 18th edition electrical wiring regulations-5 years experience in a Petro-Chemical or Heavy Industry environment-Have an ONC or City and Guilds level 3 (RQF level 3) in an Electrical discipline as a minimum.
