We are an established Roller Shutter company that is looking for a Customer Service Administrator for a varied role to work within a small friendly team based in the West Midlands.The role is to serve as a member of the Customer Service & Sales Team, You will be dealing with all customer queries helping to establish customer requirements, Sales Order processing, Simple Estimating, Proactive Telesales (No cold calling), Managing and looking after our on-line shop (monitoring and updating stock and processing sales orders), Covering the Trade Counter, Along with General Admin duites (including filing), You would be dealing with customers via phone/email and occasionally face to face.We are looking for someone with experience of working within an office environment, A knowledge of Sage and Microsoft office would be useful but full training would be given. As we are a small team the successful candidate must be flexible as we have to cover for each other when required.The hours would be Mon-Fri 09.00 to 17.00 based in West Bromwich.
