My client is looking for a number of Welder / Fabricators in the Mansfield area.Purpose: Fabrication of specialist truck bodies and associated parts.Main Duties:Building truck bodies to drawing specificationsFabricating steel components to drawing specificationsWelding steel and aluminium of varying thicknesses to a high standardOccasional repairs that include grinding, welding, cuttingAdhere to good housekeeping practices to maintain a clean, organised and hazard free work areaAdhere to all company health and safety policiesUndertake any other reasonable duties as required by the companyDesirable skills:Be a qualified & time served welder fabricatorPrevious experience in fabricating chassis, truck bodies or trailersCompetent reading and understanding instructions, diagrams & drawingsFluent in EnglishAble to work on own initiative as well as part of a team on tasksMig welding essential.Our Client is exceedingly proud that 70% of thier fabricators have been with them for more than a decade, they are a family run business with high family values, encouraging careers rather than stop gap jobs.Working Days (7am - 4pm)IND123
