Job Description

Position Title: Support WorkerLocation: Newark, NottinghamHourly Rate: £12.45Hours Per Week: 30-35 (Flexible shifts), or BankVacancy Type: PermanentJob Reference: SOLOPIAClosing Date: 12th January 2024ABOUT THE ROLEI am looking for a Bank Support Worker to care for my young Son, who has a complex healthcare condition with epilepsy. He requires 1:1 support at all times to keep him safe and well cared for, including support with; Eating and drinking, seizure management,personal care, medication administration and sensory activities. My Son has a caring and loving personality and a very warm smile. There are 30-35 hours per week to cover which will need to be covered flexibly from Mondays to Sundays.ABOUT YOUThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in a child care setting.You will preferably live locally to, or within the area of Newark.You will preferably have a good understanding of Lithuanian culture and language (although this is not essential), as we are a family from Lithuania originally.You must also be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity, promoting my Son’s independence and respecting him at all times.BENEFITSIn return for your dedication, you’ll receive a competitive rate of pay in addition to:
