Working within this professional and friendly well established IFA we are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator to support a highly successful MD of the practice.Providing a full technical support service the successful individual will have a min of 6 years IFA support experience covering a full range of products.You will be competent in managing a busy workflow and will be able to cope efficiently with maintaining an advanced level of business.The ideal candidate would be supremely organised, pro-active with an ability to multi-task and have great interpersonal skills.The main focus of the role is to provide senior administrative support, act as a liaison between work colleagues, advisers, clients and providers, alongside experience of compiling basic suitability reports, and be able to work within compliance and FCA guidelines.Experience of Xplan and Morningstar would be an advantage, although full training will be naturally be provided.A full supportive environment for continual learning is offered as well as an excellent range of benefits.If you feel that you may have the skills we are looking for, video interviews are to be hold immediately followed by office interviews, maintaining Social Distancing requirements.Please contact Deborah Hulance -Director to discuss this and similar opportunities in further detail.
