Job Reference: J-0248Job Title: Part Time Wealth Management AdminJob Location: West BridgfordSalary: £25,000 pro rataHours: 15 hours across 3 daysDays & Times: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday / 9:30- 2:30 (Can be flexible depending on preference)Benefits:

  • Holiday: 12 days a year (4 weeks pro rata) PLUS close across Christmas

Company Overview:Our client is a reputable wealth management firm dedicated to providing comprehensive financial solutions for their clients. They pride themselves on delivering personalised and professional services that meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.Position Overview:They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Wealth Management Administrator to join the team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of their wealth management operations.Responsibilities:
  1. Diary Management:
    • Schedule and manage appointments for advisors, sending meeting invites, reminders, and handling cancellations or re-booking as necessary.
  2. Client Communication:
    • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
    • Answer and direct phone calls and emails, addressing basic client queries promptly.
  3. Documentation and Record Keeping:
    • Prepare meeting packs for clients and ensure the internal database is consistently updated.
    • Obtain and organise client identification, documents, and application forms post-advice.
    • Process applications accurately and maintain thorough client files/records.
  4. Liaison with External Parties:
    • Liaise directly with product providers and third parties to gather additional information as needed.
  5. System Management:
    • Stay up-to-date with system updates and efficient processes, utilising platforms such as Salesforce and other relevant software.
  6. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate client information and records, placing clients into a systematic review process.
  7. Professional Image:
    • Project a professional image in both appearance and attitude.
    • Provide quality support within agreed-upon standards and timeframes.
  8. Continuous Learning:
    • Maintain technical competence at an appropriate level to meet the requirements of the role.
  9. Team Collaboration:
    • Foster good working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external parties.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the financial or wealth management industry.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, with specific experience in Salesforce being advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
