SF Recruitment are working with a client in Nottingham to recruit a Finance Manager to join a Retail company on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working and flexible working hours. Salary is dependent on experience 2 days in the office 25 holidays + Bank Holiday (Will increase with length of service) Can buy up to 5 days annual leave On site parking This role is open to Qualified by experience/AAT/ACCA or CIMA Part or fully Qualified. To ensure adherence to the financial policies, procedures and processes, across all levels of the organisation to guarantee high levels of financial governance at all times. The role will manage the weekly, monthly and quarterly accounting processes and provide accurate and timely accounts, reports, KPIs and adhoc performance information to ensure that department managers have adequate and appropriate information to enable themto control and manage their budgets. Job duties: - Manage the end-to-end financial processes and the accuracy and completeness of the financial accounting system. - Produce timely and accurate financial information and support cost centre managers in the management of their budgets. - Oversee the day-to-day management of the finance department. - Provide financial support and guidance to the British Canoeing Committees and Treasurers ensuring all committee information complete and treasurer reports issued in-line with the compliance timetable. - Complete the accurate recording and reconciliation of the payroll function & pensions. - Ensure that all balance sheet control accounts are reconciled in-line with the compliance timetable. - Lead on the annual budgeting and planning process. - Complete the funding partner returns in accordance with the companies timetable.
