Job Description

CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR CUSTOMER SERVICEWEST BRIDGFORDOFFICE BASED08:30 TO 17:00As my clients new Customer Care Advisor, you will play an essential role in providing an effective and professional excellent Customer Service to all of my clients Customers.The role requires a proactive approach and excellent personal interaction with both internal and external Customers.In addition to having all the usual attributes of a great employee, such as a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a well presented Team Player for this opportunity I am specifically looking for candidates who can offer:

As a Customer Care Advisor you can expect to be carrying out the following daily tasks:
  • Add clear customer notes to the systems & update the customer records.
  • Update clients with any disputes and cancellations.
  • Ensuring all calls are answered.
  • Ensuring all emails are acknowledged within agreed timeframes.
  • Review and respond to all customer enquiries within a timely manner.
  • Liaise with all internal teams to ensure effective response to customers and work completed within our Service Level Agreements.
  • Issue customer reports where required.
  • Effective communication with internal and external customers
  • Escalate any potential risks to the business to the Head of Customer Care.
