Job Description

About the role of Care ManagerWe are looking for an energetic, experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our Midlands Extra Care Services in Nottingham City and Rushcliffe. You will be responsible for providing care and support to over 60 individuals across three core sites with twoTeam Leaders, a Deputy Manager and two Wellbeing Coordinators reporting directly to you. You will make sure quality of service provided is of the highest standard and implement robust measures to monitor compliance with all regulatory, contract and businessrequirements.As a natural networker you will be able to build positive working relationships at all levels internally and externally and support growth of the business in developing further extra care opportunities in the region. Your strong customer focus, leadershipand ability to engage and effectively manage teams across three services will deliver outstanding results in a fast paced, often complex environment.In return you will get:
