This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a commercial solicitor or legal executive to handle a broad and varied caseload within a friendly and flexible high street practice in Somerset.This is a hands-on position, so you will ideally need to be a solicitor or chartered legal executive with at least 2 years PQE within commercial or commercial property law.The emphasis of your role would be more towards commercial property matters, but also dealing with, but not limited to:
  • Preparing business leases
  • Sales of small businesses
  • TUPE
  • Partnership agreements
  • Sale and purchase of commercial property
