Job Description

Calling all Beauty Therapists in Wells. If you have a strong background in beauty therapy and are dedicated to delivering outstanding service, our client would love to hear from you.Beauty TherapistWells, BA5 2DJ

  • Full time and part time available, permanent
  • £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience

With a focus on customer satisfaction, our client has built a strong reputation in the industry.Join our client in delivering exceptional beauty experiences to their valued clientele.Responsibilities:
  • Performs a variety of beauty treatments such as facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.
  • Provides personalised consultations to clients, recommending suitable treatments and skincare products.
  • Keeps up to date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Effectively manages the column, ensuring timely and efficient service for clients.
  • Encourages rebooking.
  • Actively promotes and sells beauty products and services to clients, meeting sales targets.
  • Adheres to all health and safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as a Beauty Therapist, ideally in a salon or spa setting.
  • Level 3 Beauty required.
  • Strong knowledge of various beauty treatments, products, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
IPL, electrolysis, ear-piecing, lash extensions and tanning qualifications and experience would be preferred. However, full training will be provided to the right candidate.Benefits:
