Job Description

Job Title - Service ControllerLocation - WellingboroughSalary - up to £28k Basic plus benefits & overtime available / £33k OTECompanyOur Client is a market leading Forklift company. Their focus is on high levels of customerservice and service standards.The Role

  • You will be responsible for the control of jobs and engineer response from start to finish making sure the process runs smoothly for the client.
  • You will take calls from customers
  • You will look after a team of engineers in one region
  • Organise and plan Engineers to respond to the client’s needs
  • Organise logistics so the equipment comes and goes efficiently
  • Communicate with clients and different departments throughout the process
  • Log calls and raise invoices and quotes for work
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service to all clients
For this position you should be an enthusiastic and strong communicator who is motivated to go the extra mile for our customers.
  • You’ll need to have a confident and clear telephone manner
  • First class approach to customer interaction and be focused on achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Able to demonstrate good organisational skills.
  • Deal with raising invoices, Quotes etc.
  • Computer Skills will be essential for this position
The Package
  • Up to £28k basic depending on experience
  • Overtime available
