You will have a growing team of office staff who manage their clients needs from order to completion. Manage the Teams daily invoicing process to ensure all jobs are handled in a timely manner and assist with any queries that need resolving.Assist the team with any stock queries arising from the invoicing process. Support any Apprentices through their course work and assist them in completion of their modules as required. Liaise with Apprenticeship provider to arrange meetings, updates, etc asrequired. Ensure Team Motivation, providing incentives, team building activities, etc Provide training and support to the Team as required to ensure their daily duties are met and Customer Service levels remain high. Identifying potential process improvementsand assisting Office Manager in implementing continuous improvements throughout the Teams. Ensure each Team member has the correct level of workload suitable for their role. Work closely with the National Service Manager to ensure the Engineering and AdminTeam are working together efficiently and reporting and NCs. Personnel administration including Sickness, Absence, holidays, VIPs, disciplinaries, performance management in conjunction with Office Manager. Assisting Office Manager with Accredited Systemsadministration, complaints handling, providing daily, weekly reporting and month end procedures, ensure absence cover across the Team where required due to shortages. Work wear ordering, Handling and payment of Penalty Charge/Fines/Speeding notices etc Ensureall tasks required are complete to provide a smooth operation and running of the office. You will also be required to liaise with all departments and head office to ensure the smooth operation and collaboration across the business and assist the DivisionalManagers as appropriateWho Were Looking ForIn addition to having all the usual attributes of a great Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression employee, such as; a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, well presented and professional at all times, abilityto work alone and as part of a team.....
