Job Description

An exciting opportunity to become an integral member of our vibrant and dynamic Regulatory Affairs team. They are looking for an Administrator supporting the customer regulatory needs through internal evaluation of regulatory and technical information, andthe population and distribution of documentation in support of our vast and ever-growing portfolio of fragrances.Your duties would include:

  • Day to day population and distribution of primary fragrance regulatory documentation for customers and their associates; Safety Data Sheets, International Fragrance Research Association (IFRA) Conformity Certificates, and fragrance Allergen declarationreports
  • Continual development and control of I.T. file systems associated with regulatory documentation and our client base
  • Producing and distributing additional and evolving regulatory and technical documentation such as, but not limited to, Volatile Organic Compound (VOC), Genetically Modified Organism (GMO), California Proposition 65, Vegan, CMR, EU Cosmetics regulation suitabilitycertificates/declarations
  • Interrogation of fragrance formulation compositional structures and natural ingredient complex substances to pinpoint key characteristics and concentrations of certain ingredients or substances from a regulatory perspective
You will have the below skills/experience:
  • Knowledgeable and to have applied experience in regulatory affairs, particularly those related to fragrance and fragrance ingredients, and the associated key sectors such as cosmetics, detergents, and homecare products
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Able to work in an accurate and timely manner within a high volume, high concentration environment
  • Able to continually self-manage workloads and to effectively prioritise where necessary
  • Flexible and adaptable to developments in workload and content
  • Proficient in the handling of I.T. data between multiple software applications and their associated systems
  • Competent in sustained precision and focus for extended periods of data interpretation, manipulation, and handling
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office suit applications, e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able to competently converse with members of staff in all departments on fragrance and raw material regulatory and technical matters, with a view to imparting knowledge and assisting in problem solving
  • Able to converse with customers and their associates in a professional manner regarding various aspects of fragrance technical and regulatory affairs
