You will play a key role in attracting candidates, evaluating applications, supporting the interview process, and managing recruitmentadministration.As a skilled Recruitment Assistant, you will have a working knowledge of recruitment best practices and be able to bring innovative ideas on how to attract the best talent to the organisation. You will have great communication skills and be a confident networkerwho brings creativity and innovation to the task of talent attraction.
