Job Description

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Publications coordinator for my client in Wellingborough. This company is going from strength to strength and the have an excellent reputation. Do you have previous experience of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesignAre you able to work to strict deadlines, under pressure Permanent role Mon- Fri 9am to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break. THE ROLE: To undertake the copy preparation, proof reading, pagination and checking. Ensuring that the work carried out is checked according to the individual job bag, to update these details on the master copy as and when necessary and ensure all work undertaken isas thorough and as accurate as possible and completed within the agreed timescales to meet the required delivery. - To ensure data is kept up to date and ensure the removal of any outdated files. - To liaise with internal and external staff in an efficient and professional manner, ensuring that all requirements have been completed. - To liaise closely with other areas and to ensure continuity of service is always maintained. - To ensure that each plan is the most cost effective to produce. - To display an appropriate level of competence in all aspects of compilation and be conversant and compliant with all company procedures. - To research and write editorial content as and when required, including the sourcing of images from predetermined image libraries. - To assist with proof reading and checking of content for any job. - To provide support to other areas of the department as and when required. - To ensure the companies Health and Safety policy is adhered to. WHAT YOULL NEED - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral. - The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - You will possess strong interpersonal skills and be a team player. - The ability to work flexibly to strict deadlines, under pressure and have a keen eye for detail. - Previous experience of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given.
