Berry Recruitment are looking for Production Operatives for our Client based in Wellingborough.Production OperativeResponsibilities:Work safely by following the SOP guidelinesComplete a visual safety inspection of the equipment prior to operationPack and label finished goods in preparation for shipmentOperate the machinery and monitor it continuously to optimise running conditionsNoting faults and reporting to maintenance as requiredRecord the weights on the production documentation and bulk bagComplete all other paperwork associated with the processCarry out housekeeping duties throughout the working day, ensuring the work area is safeIn addition to normal duties, may be required to undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the businessRequired attributes:FLT licence - counterbalanceProduction Operative background 1-2 yrsAbility to work across multiple areas of the production processUnderstanding of production costs to include waste, downtime and re-workHistory of good timekeeping and attendancePay is £25,000 per annum working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern rotating days and nights weekly.If you are interested in this role please contact Pete in the Northampton Office.Please note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a persons gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
