Job Description

Were seeking a full-time HR generalist who thrives in a commercial environment, makes decisive moves and excels as a supportivecommunicator. As the main contact for HR queries, the HR Advisor in this role will provide invaluable support to managers and the wider workforce of c400 employees.Based in Wellingborough, our client’s location will mean you will need your own transport.Why consider the move You’ll be part of a company that values employee wellbeing and cultivates an environment where individuals can authentically thrive.Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR policy and procedure inquiries.
  • Support line managers with employee relations, including disciplinary cases, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • HR administration for all sites, from employment contracts to personnel records maintenance.
  • Manage the Companys HR inbox and process new starter paperwork.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and administer driving licence checks.
  • Oversee sickness administration and monitor maternity and paternity leave.
  • Monitor probation and appraisal processes while ensuring legal compliance with employment law.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation and contribute to HR practice improvements.
Candidate Requirements:
  • CIPD qualification Level 3 or above (desirable).
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR generalist role.
  • Knowledge of current HR regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work independently.
  • PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft programs.
