My client is a well-respected business operating within the Manufacturing industry from their facility based in NorthamptonshireDue to expansion, FRS have been enlisted to assist with the recruitment of a Financial Controller to manage the day-to-day operation and support the ERP upgrade.You will report into the Finance Director.Key responsibilities· Oversee and take responsibility for the finance function of the division including Management accounts, purchase and sales ledgers· Prepare financial reports such as daily KPIs and sales analysis, working to deadlines· Manage and support junior team membersDuties· Prepare monthly management accounts· Cash flow management · Prepare year end accounts and audit pack· Prepare annual and monthly financial forecasts· Ensure financial controls are in place and adhered to across the business· Prepare month end supplier payments for authorisation·KPI Analysis · Business Partner with non-finance department heads.· Drive business and performance improvements.The ideal candidate will be ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified and ideally have previous experience gained within Manufacturing.
