Job Description

ACS are proud to be working with a nationwide leading trade. Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Care Advisor with experience in the fenestration industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service professional to join this well respectedcompany.Key responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls and greeting customers.
  • Providing customer support by assisting customers with queries/issues they have on a daily basis. This includes enquiries about products, orders, returns, complaints and deliveries.
  • Building customer relations and rapport.
  • Logging and following up non-conformances.
  • Assisting with all aspects of the order process from quotation to aftersales.
  • Using in-house computer software systems.
  • Other duties the company may reasonably require.
About you
  • Experienceworking with fenestration is essential
  • Good attention to details.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • A keenness to learn about the products.
  • Confident & outgoing personality.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • The ability to deal with different personalities.
  • The ability to work within a busy environment and be able to prioritise workload.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to be flexible due to the variation in responsibilities the role requires.
