About the roleWe are recruiting for a CSR and Internal Communications Manager within our PR function.Our core purpose is “Serving our Customers, Communities and Planet a little better every day” and this role truly encompasses that! Whether you are working with our internal customers, our charity agenda or landing the messaging for our Planet Plan, youwill be the glue that brings all of these messages together!This role will focus on creating, maintaining, developing and delivering an internalcommunications plan that is fit for purpose, supports the business’ agenda and fully engages the audience.There will be a need for regular travel with this role to land the importance of colleague messaging across our network.Does this sound like you Apply now! • Creating, maintaining, developing and delivering an engaging internal communications plan for our weekly colleague newsletter, our internal intranet system, trading and group colleague comms
• Championing all things CSR and delivering the comms on our Planet Plan agenda
• Creating clear and consistent framework and templates for internal comms
• Working cross-functionally with internal teams (Sustainability, People, Trading etc.) to land meaningful and engaging business comms
• Working closely with the PR & Press Manager to support external messaging with trade media
• Utilising key material from the wider group (Tesco) to create and land a Community and Charity engagement plan

You will need

• Proven experience delivering engaging internal communications
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Previous experience in a wholesale environment would be advantageous
• A self-driven internal comms ambassador
• Strong influencer at all levels
• Ability to manage deadlines and changing priorities
